Recently we updated QuickQual with one of the most requested features that our customers have asked for - multiple loan scenarios. Along with this update, we added some more capabilities that you may have missed. Here's a quick rundown on some of these updates. Login Notifications
Now when you login to your LenderLogix QuickQual account from your smartphone, tablet, or computer you will quickly see the most recent login activity from your borrowers and real estate agents. You can click on any item to dig into the details even further. Borrowers are constantly logging in so this gives you quick access to the information you need when you need it.
Improved Real Estate Agent Sharing
We made it even easier to share a QuickQual with the borrower's real estate agent. In the past you would need to go through all of the pages to update a QuickQual before you could choose the agent. Now you can select their real estate agent right on the QuickQual details page.
More Sharing Options
QuickQual still offers the ability to share a pre-qualification or pre-approval using email or text message but now you can easily Copy & Paste the link and PIN. It's a great way to send a personalized text message to your borrower.
Letter History
The details page for a specific QuickQual contains lots of helpful information that shows how your borrowers and agents are logging in and using QuickQual. Now you can see the full letter history for a QuickQual and the different scenarios your borrowers and real estate agents are looking into.
Jumbo Loans
Jumbo loans are now an option when you're creating a QuickQual for your customer. When you choose this option we'll automatically default the Maximum LTV to 80% and the Maximum Loan Amount to $1,000,000.
